Building on our three pillars of Benevolence, Remembrance and Legacy we intend to fundraise and endow our core aims:
- Benevolence: is mostly funded for the next five years, thanks to the Burma Star Association legacy.
- Remembrance: requires £350,000 one-off for the establishment of the digital archive and NMA memorial improvement, and £1.5m endowed for development and upkeep of the Museum and archive.
- Legacy: create a £4.7m restricted fund endowed for academic Scholarships and Military Awards.
What we have already achieved
- Long-standing benevolent support to Veterans in need.
- Celebrated significant milestones in Veterans' lives.
- Hosted numerous Remembrance events.
- Funded five scholarships in MAs and PhDs at UCL and Northumbria University.
