The Burma Star Memorial Fund is a charity dedicated to the legacy and commemoration of all those who served in the Allied forces during the Burma Campaign of the Second World War.

Through our scholarship programme we are creating a network of scholars from around the world who will keep the spirit of the Burma Campaign alive. You can find out more about how to support our Burma Star scholars here.

THE BIG IDEA - THE FIVE STEPS

01
WE ARE CREATING A BURMA STAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON.
02
THESE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL FORM A LASTING LEGACY FOR THE GALLANT VETERANS OF THE 14TH ARMY.
03
THE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO CITIZENS OF ANY OF THE ALLIED NATIONS THAT CONTRIBUTED TO THE BURMA CAMPAIGN.
04
WE WANT TO FUND FOURTEEN SCHOLARSHIPS IN HONOUR OF THE 14th ARMY, WITH A LONG-TERM GOAL OF FUNDING AN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME THAT WILL CONTINUE IN PERPETUITY.
05
WE ARE SEEKING SIGNIFICANT FUNDING FROM FOUNDATIONS AND PHILANTHROPISTS TO SUPPORT THIS NEW BURMA STAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME.
