BSMF at The Dig for Victory Show

The Burma Star Memorial Fund will be at this year's The Dig for Victory Show – a fun 1940s festival for all generations.

The event, which is supporting the Charity, takes place on June 13th and 14th at the North Somerset Showground in Wraxall, Bristol.

"We are delighted to announce that Dig For Victory 2026 will be proudly supporting Burma Star Memorial Fund," said a Show spokesperson.

"Although the war ended in 1945, many of the soldiers didn't make it home until 1946 – this was especially so for those serving in the Far East; and we look forward to focussing on this campaign which is often overlooked."

Among the many attractions at the Show will be live music, dancing, food stalls and a 1940s farm – alongside vintage stalls, steam engines, history talks and tanks and military vehicles.

To book your tickets – £40 for a family ticket, £15 for an adult ticket – visit www.digforvictoryshow.com
