New BSMF film asks 'Why Didn't They Talk?'

Many of those who took part in the Burma Campaign never spoke about their war-time experiences. Now the Burma Star Memorial Fund has produced a new film asking why?
BSMF Director Mark Cann talks with the charity's Chairman Viscount Slim (grandson of General William Slim who led the 14th Army to victory), writer and historian Dr Robert Lyman, veterans of the Iraq conflict as well as Burma Campaign veteran Wally Newman RN to try to understand why they didn't talk about it - or to at least get the conversation started.
